You're not broken. You're not too much.
You're someone whose nervous system learned
that being yourself wasn't safe.
This is where that changes.
If you've spent your life surviving rather than living — always on edge, overly attuned to others, saying yes when you mean no, quietly abandoning yourself along the way — I want you to know something first:
None of that is who you are.
It's a pattern, one your nervous system learned a long time ago, when being yourself didn't feel safe.
I'm Ryan, a somatic practitioner.
I work specifically with people caught in the fawn response, which is the nervous system survival strategy behind people-pleasing, perfectionism, codependency, hypervigilance, and burnout.
These aren't symptoms to manage. They're signals from a nervous system that is asking, finally, to be heard.
Safe to Be Me is a 6-week somatic container built for exactly this.
It doesn't ask you to re-live your trauma or spend years narrating your story. It works at the level where the pattern actually lives — the body — so the change isn't something you have to keep deciding to make. It becomes who you are.
Available online or in person in Athens, GA.
Six weeks. No need to perform. No need to prove yourself. Just presence, warmth, and the felt sense that it's finally safe to be yourself.
“Ryan is an amazing resource.
His work has been transformative for me.”
