Who’s the series for?
You! I created these meditations to support you in finding home in your body.
Often our bodies are uncomfortable; our instinct is to retreat into our thought processes rather than feel our own aliveness. In these meditations, we’re establishing the body as a refuge—as a reliable source of comfort and strength.
These are casual, flexible meditations. As you listen, you’re welcome to be lying or sitting, standing or walking. The meditations are good for beginners or experienced meditators. They’re useful as a daily supplement and also for times of crisis, times when you’re having difficulty finding the ground below you. Maybe you’re up in the middle of the night and could use some support…I’m here for ya!
