Heavenly Streams is an online, one-on-one tutorial to help you get a felt sense of your energy body and learn how to take care of it. The tutorial spans 3 hour-long sessions:

Session 1: The Arm Channels
You’ll connect with the 6 energy channels of your arms.

Session 2: The Leg Channels
You’ll connect with the 6 energy channels of your legs.

Session 3: Clearing the Channels
You’ll learn how to clear energetic stagnation from your channels.

By the end of the third session, you’ll have the tools to revitalize your energy body, which benefits both your physical body and your mind.

Prerequisite: Five Elements Within, my self-paced online course where you learn about the five elements and practice regulating their energetics through the “5-Pulse” meditation. This serves as a solid foundation for the Heavenly Streams.
