Online Group Meditation

A Weekly Offering, Tuesdays @ 7pm on Zoom

Join me to meditate!

It’s a very simple arrangement: We meet on Zoom and I guide a small group in two 20-ish-minute meditation sessions. You have the option to turn off your camera during the sessions to support your practice.

You don’t need any meditation experience to join this class—all are welcome!

*Please note that meditation instruction is different from somatic guidance. The focus of somatics is to nurture your nervous system so that you experience more regulation and resilience. Often, the goal is for you to stop living in survival mode so much.

On the other hand, meditation is about training the mind to be stable and calm. If you’re very dysregulated (if you’re nervous system is often in survival mode), meditation might not be the best option for you. You might want to see me for somatic guidance instead.
