In this one-on-one, 60-minute session, available online or in-person, I’ll give you somatic tools to navigate the holidays without all the blow-ups and melt-downs. You’ll learn how to honor your body’s cues and you’ll develop valuable skills that make challenging times feel doable—and even enjoyable!
Somatics is a method of body-based mindfulness that nurtures your nervous system so that you feel more resourced and resilient. (You can learn more about my approach to somatics here.)
You don’t need any previous experience with somatics in order to benefit from these sessions. All you need is to show up! The sessions are especially geared to anyone struggling with chronic stress, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, and trauma.
