Qigong
Qigong (pronounced "Chee-gung" and sometimes spelled Qi Gong or Chi Gung) is an ancient Daoist form of mindful exercise. It's similar to Tai Chi, but easier to learn.
In Qigong, you alternate simple postures and movements, all while practicing staying mentally aware and physically relaxed. An essential tool for aging well, Qigong upgrades the efficiency of your body and mind, leading to improved circulation, immune function, digestion, sleep, balance, mood, cognition, and more!
